  1. In-person appointments are available at:

  2. We only accept correspondence and records via email or secure download link.
  3. Reports are currently completed within two to four weeks of instruction or examination, or receipt of all case documentation; whichever is later. Expedited reports are available for urgent cases.
  4. All reports are CPR Part 35 compliant as standard. Non CPR Part 35 compliant screening reports are also available.
  5. Free initial overview comment on the merits of the particular case is available.
  6. Expert fees usually depend on the complexity of the case as well as the volume of records requiring review. Fee quotes can be provided in advance of instructions being issued.
  7. Fixed fee quotes are available for reports but do not include court attendance, solicitor and counsel conferences, or joint conferences with other experts.
  8. Mr Nabili’s basic rate is £295 per hour. VAT is not currently payable. Specialist examinations and scans are additional and prior authority will be sought in the case they are required.
  9. Additional case work including but not limited to telephone conferences, addendum reports, and review of additional records and commenting on same is charged at the basic hourly rate. Capped fee instructions are accepted.
  10. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt of report. Extended terms are available upon request.
  11. Mr Nabili reserves his statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late Payment legislation if his invoice is not paid as per the agreed terms.
  12. The court attendance fee is £1500 per day or part thereof plus reasonable travel, accommodation and sundry costs. To offset the cost incurred by cancelling other income-generating work, a minimum of 10 days’ notice is required if Mr Nabili is no longer required; otherwise a fee of 50% of the daily court attendance fee applies.
  13. Online court appearances attract a fee of £295 per hour.
