I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received from Mr Nabili. Not only is Mr Nabili clearly a highly experienced and skilful surgeon but also he was extremely accommodating in scheduling pre and post op consultations. Living in the Isle of Man and travelling to Lancaster for treatment made planning consultations a little more difficult but on each occasion Mr Nabili was able to fit in the consultations with my pre existing travel plans which enabled me to save considerable expense. Prior to the procedures Mr Nabili explained everything clearly and in a way that inspired confidence so that on the days of the procedures I was not in any way anxious. The outcome of the procedures has been absolutely fantastic. My vision is now brilliant and I no longer need to wear contact lenses or glasses.
Thank you so much Mr Nabili for what you have done for me. I have already recommended you to a friend who is looking to have cataract surgery and for sure I will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone else who needs cataract surgery.
✎ Cindy Sidwell (5 ✩✩✩✩✩) 2023-03-31 – Mr. Nabili performed cataract surgery on both my eyes at the BMI hospital, Lancaster, in December and February. From the very first consultation, I was put at ease by Mr. Nabili’s warm and caring manner and, even though I went with a long list of questions, he answered every one of them and never rushed me. We discussed the choice of lens options, the risks and the expected outcome. I decided to go for monofocal IOLs, set to distance.
For both procedures, I had complete confidence that I would be in very good hands. The results were even better than I had hoped for. I now only need glasses for reading and some intermediate work, which feels amazing, after needing glasses for distance since being 15 years old. I also love seeing the world in bright colours again.
Mr. Nabili’s post-surgery check-ups were very thorough and I always knew I could contact him or the hospital should any problems or questions arise.
I can highly recommend Mr. Nabili. He is kind, caring, patient, very professional and very dedicated.

He took great care of me throughout my initial consultation, the actual procedures and my post-operative follow up appointments. I really appreciated his friendly and informative style – having the right information about what was happening helped with any worries, but these operations aren’t painful. (I told him the worst part was the drops he uses to dilate the pupil when he’s checking your eyes before any surgery!)
My vision is hugely improved, I could barely see well enough to drive legally, (even with my glasses), but now I don’t need them.
✎ G.H. (5 ✩✩✩✩✩) 2022-12-23 – Mr Nabili operated on my eyes for cataracts at the Circle private hospital in Lancaster. He explained everything in a very practical,helpful way before doing the operations,taking his time and answering any questions.
There was a problem after the first operation and he didn’t hesitate to send me to see another surgeon that he new and trusted to give his opinion even though I had to go to Cheshire straight after seeing Mr. Nobili! The problem has now been resolved.
The 2nd operation there were, no problems and I can now see how bright colours are, things are now defined instead of being hazy and I will only need glasses for reading, my distance and middle vision are so improved.
I would not hesitate to recommend this surgeon, he is practical, knowledgeable, very competent, friendly and helpful.

He dealt rapidly and efficiently with what he recognized to be a severe problem and showed me how to control it in future.
Recently Mr. Nabili has carried out cataract operations on both of my eyes with results that can only be described as spectacularly good! I have suffered from extreme short sight and have worn glasses for both long-distance and reading since I was a small child. My long-distance and middle-distance vision is excellent, and I now need only reading glasses.
Mr Nabili is kind and friendly, and he took great care to explain everything that was involved in the cataract operations. I was very impressed by the great lengths he went to to avoid any possibility of my getting any post-operative complications and infections, and he made me feel confident about the whole experience. I can’t imagine getting better treatment anywhere.
